My humble Khmer breakfast: marinate pork overnight with oyster sauce, sugar & chicken powder (aka flavoured MSG) then grill or barbecue slowly til done. Serve over rice w/ fried egg & blanched greens, accompany w/ myriad adjat pickles, sweet chilli sauce & a weak stock of Knor powder soup. Pronounced K-nor by locals.
