My first quiche in Battambang: livarot custard. My RoboCoupe lid has gone walkabout for 1.5 years since leaving Oz, & we’ve yet to find it in any remaining boxes. (Kent’s Removalists sucks!) So @morrison polkinghorne returned last week w/ a $200 spare part lid from achef’s Warehouse Sydney & now I can make flakey pastry with frozen butter. An essential in the tropics, and I do have my priorities…
