PopUp Dining

Our latest PopUp dinner, this time with Sydney dessert queen Merna Taouk @homemadeffoods  who cooked meringues with creme anglaise, plus a starter of fresh figs drizzled with sweet moscarpone and candied nut crumble, and a between-course palate cleanser of cantaloupe and lime sorbet topped with Persian fairy floss/cotton candy. Mains by Robert and Morrison include crown rack of veal with a potato cake lined with streaky bacon, and Burmese hill station wild mushrooms from our upcoming book.  Plus a retro starter of iceberg lettuce wedge with home-made blue vein dressing enriched with @PepeSaya creme fraiche.
