Ros Lynn of Majella says her sparkling shiraz goes well w/ scrambled eggs & bacon. So we went back to Escoffier for this dinner starter. Stirred not shaken — w/ @pepesaya saya butter & jersey cream, topped with chervil & best of all crisp bacon. So rich & delicious!

Plating beef for tonight’s Majella PopUp. Roast eye filet & Kobe waygu eye of silverside cooked 7 hrs @ 70 C. Rice timbale, oven dried cherry tomatoes & broad/fava beans.Topped w/ sauce marchand du vin
For tonight’s Majella wine PopUp dinner. Orange scented almond cake, from the first cookbook I wrote way back in ’86. Still delicious. Desserts with Spirit!
For the dessert. I used 7 bottles of Majella Musician to poach my pears them reduced it to 2 cups for an exquisite sauce. Topped w/ Jersey cow thick runny cream from @pepesaya + a slice of my orange scented almond cake.
