Congee, rice gruel, porridge, borbor. My staff made gluggy sludge steamed rice last night , so I salvaged it by boiling in water with dried orange rind & Ginger, plus thinly sliced chicken breast. Garnished with soy & chilli sauce, peanuts, & surprisingly salsa cruda. Is that the same as pico de gallo??? My Khmer staff are appalled I add peanuts.
